International PGA Women's Golf Retreat 2027

The International Women's Golf Retreat is a unique week-long experience designed for female PGA Professionals, trainees, and their female clients that we hope to make an annual trip.

In 2027, we are proud to partner with La Cala Golf Resort in Spain, the host venue of the 2026 Ladies European Tour (LET) Grand Final. Together, we aim to create an inspiring and memorable event that combines golf, coaching, personal development, networking, and community-building in an environment created for women, by women.

The retreat provides opportunities for both personal and professional development while fostering meaningful friendships and strengthening networks across Europe.

Visibility & Empowerment
Our mission is to elevate the profile of women in golf and build a strong, sustainable international community that inspires more women to participate, develop, and lead within the game.

Female PGA Professionals and trainees from across Europe are invited to bring their own group of golfers, ideally around seven participants, creating a personalized coaching experience within a larger international community.
